INEC DECIDED TO TURN DOWN PRESIDING OFFICER'S SALARIES 2015 ELECTION

The 2015 election held in Nigeria for the different offices has been successfully carried out  due to the hardwork of our good citizen  the independent national electorate commission  chairman prof Atihiru Jega  has put forward instrutions which is alegedly abide by the presiding officers.
  Everyone is aware of the stress and risk that is attached in conducting elections, most especially lives are always consumed as a result of opponent party fighting to over throne the other  on that note   the individual coppers who have already been cheated and flimed with a token of taste of water to  work.
Its always  painful when greedy politician exposes the poor ones into  arena of war to be hurt and killed after a long life struggling in the compus and searching round with jobs.
A couple of few minute ago  one Mr victor solomon Gabreil was weeping heavily because of the stress involve in the last election, as he was interviewed  he said that a sum of nine thousand naira was paid to them  as  their salary after working as an APO1 (assistant presiding officer)  and when he  find out from other colleague  behold same was paid.An instruction reaching them was that  every  officer should  be paid 9000 as instructed by the INEC chairman. This is not  not a path towards achieving vision 20:20:20 change.

He said their party would pursue all legal means to address any legal concerns they have regarding the outcome of the presidential election
"We as governors came to assure him (the President) that we are going back as field commanders to hold our states and that come April 11, PDP will still maintain its lead across Nigeria. Everybody knows that the only party that is national in nature and is on ground is the PDP. So we are not going to be undaunted by what has happened.The party has already indicated that it will explore all legal means in order to ensure redress. So, we are also proud of the party and we want to congratulate all our voters and all PDP faithfuls across Nigeria for their peaceful disposition. This is the only party that has not carried stick to break somebody’s windscreen after election. Because of the sacrificial stand of the President, our faithfuls are not on the streets, breaking APC windscreens and vehicles. If it were to be the other way round, you know what would have happened today. That is where Nigerians must judge: we want peace, stability and unity.” he said

Buhari vows to crush Boko Haram in 2 months when he gets into office

In an interview with CNN yesterday evening, Nigeria's president-elect Gen. Buhari promised to 'plug' corruption and crush Boko Haram in 2 months. He told CNN's Amanpour from Abuja last night;

 “We know how they started and where they are now and we will rapidly give attention to security in the country. And I believe we will effectively deal with them in two months when we get into office. We will be needing the cooperation of neighbouring countries such as Cameroon, Chad and Niger. There were efforts made by the President Goodluck Jonathan administration, but it was not good enough and it came rather late”
“We expected the Federal Government four years ago to sit down with these countries and make sure they do not allow the terrorists free movement across borders, training facilities and movement of weapons. These were only done a few months ago and we have seen how Cameroon, Chad and Niger are fighting Boko Haram more than Nigeria is doing until recently. Really we have seen enough and we have enough law enforcement to face Boko Haram squarely.”
Buhari said the military didn't perform as well as they should have because of corruption in the system
“They will…if you recall, the Nigerian soldiers out of all ethical expectations were granting interviews to foreign journalists, saying they were being sent to fight terrorists without proper weapons. And then the National Assembly attempted to conduct a hearing to find out how much money was approved for training and weapon in the last three years but that hearing was scuttled by the administration.”
